- 2 lbs. meat (this is great with beef, pork or poultry)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 5 large garlic cloves, pressed
- 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
- Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix
- Steep meat in the marinade and refrigerate overnight, or a minimum of 4 hours
This is great as a base marinade for stir fry, bento or other skillet or wok meals.
