  • Mary's Free Range Turkey Breast Available Bone-in and Boneless
  • Turduckens

  • Whole deboned Turkey, Duck and Chicken that is seasoned, and can be stuffed with our house-made bread stuffing.
  • Turducken Breast

  • Deboned Turkey, Duck and Chicken Breast that is seasoned, and can be stuffed with our house-made bread stuffing.
  • Hams

  • Beef Rib Roasts

  • Pacific Northwest raised beef, and aged a minimum of 14 days - available in Choice and Prime grades, and Bone-in or Boneless.

    When selecting your roast please keep the following in mind:
    1. You should approximate 1/2lb per person for Boneless and 1lb per person Bone-in.
    2. Please also note that for Bone-in each bone weighs approximately 2-2.5lb. Minimum of 2 bones per roast please.
    3. For bone-in Rib Roasts we can cut and tie the bones for you at no extra charge - this makes your roast much easier to slice once it has been roasted, and please check the box below if you would like us to cut and tie.
