Sous vide whole boneless turkey for Thanksgiving. No one was more nervous than me as to how this would turn out, but in the end it was probably the best turkey I have ever cooked! Moist, tender, and packed with flavor – with both white and dark meat cooked perfectly. The weather messed with my plans to finish crisping the skin on the Traeger, and next time I think I dunk the whole roast in the fryer to get a good all around crust.
